I have a new user that is unable to access specific accounts under Trial Balance. The new user's role is a copy of an existing role in MSD who is able to see all accounts in Trial Balance.
The role in question is the accountant role. Am I missing something?

The behavior can be explained with a security policy, if in use. Security policies are part of the eXtensible Data Security (XDS) where you can restrict access to certain records. Can you verify if there are security policies in use in your environment?
