We are using customer voice survey and have "Send on-demand customer voice survey from dynamics 365" . When opportunity is won we have workflow to send the survey to contact by email, in email we have copied survey link.
When the email is send to contact it appears in contact timeline. Contact is getting email with the survey link, when clicked link is opening properly and contact can view everything and is submitting survey properly.
Problem Area - We cannot see submitted customer survey response on contact timeline.
Action Taken- We have checked timeline setting in contact form it is set to show all & environment are also same, also if we send a email form CRM contact can receive the email and reply it , this email conversation is properly captured on contact timeline.
Do share necessary steps, solution / SOP to fix the problem.
