Calc and post VAT settlement error

Hello,

client is getting this error when trying to run the Calc and Post VAT Settlement
From I saw from the debbuger it stops at Codeunit 11 this line here...
IF "Bal. Account No." = '' THEN
TESTFIELD("Account No.");
However.. in all the journals there arent any entries, there is basically anything in the journals, the posting setup looks okay..
Could you please help
