Dummy Data in Talent

Hi there,

We have recently bought and installed 5 licenses for talent for us to use internally, when i logged in to the system i was expecting it to be toally clean- no data in it at all. However there seems to be some data already in the system. Specifically jobs, positions and workers. 

Even though the positions seem to be assigned to workers in the position details form, the workers themselves dont show on the workers list page, which i find very strange.

has anyone else had a similar issue?

    Is the data Demo data?

    Have you associate the worker with a User ID?

    Hi Ada,

    The data isnt the usual contoso data i've been used to before, but im not sure what the standard demo data is in Talent, and there also doesnt seem to be enough of it to be the "demo data" set. The user i have been logged in with is linked with a worker and has system admin security rights.

    Hi,

    Did you delete the data from CDS as per the instructions below

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/talent/provisioning-talent#create-a-new-powerapps-environment-if-required

    I noticed there was data there when provisioned using the wizard not using the manual steps above, so i deleted it manually and when I did the import in DMF I truncated the entity on import.

    You will also see the data in the tables that are stored per company (ie have dataareaid)
