Updating entity Data via Log4Net

Hi,

We recently changed licence types from Customer Engagement Plan > Customer Service Enterprise and it has stopped a process working.

I never created the process but inherited it as part of taking over this CRM system.

We have a server location where we add 6 .csv files each week, then run a script via a service account that either updates or creates new fields within a certain entity.

but since the licence change this process wont run it just says failed.. Could the licence change cause the issue?

All i can see if the folder of the serve is a log4net text file, SDK.Proxy text file, Active Directory text file

does anyone know how i can fix this or get it working again?

Thanks,

Bryson

    Hi,

Maybe you can open the ticket with Microsoft and ask for support.
