Can someone tell me whether RTM will replace Outbound marketing? Or will everything automatically be migrated to RTM or will they continue to exists together? Please advise.
The plan is that there will feature parity between RTM and OBM allowing you to achieve all that you can do in OBM in RTM. Things may look different in some use cases though. There are no plans at this time for an automatic migration but rather we expect customers to transition by using RTM in new campaigns and eventually stop using OBM.
hi, can you confirm MS dynamics will not phase out OBM?
The plan is that the features in RTM will make it such that OBM will be phased out because of the value of RTM. There are no plans to remove OBM at this time.
hi, one last question. Is RTM a standard feature within your MS Dynamics for 365 license?
Real-Time Marketing is a standard feature of Dynamics 365 Marketing. If you have Dynamics 365 Marketing you can use Real-Time Marketing. If you don't see it, it is possible you might need to install (learn.microsoft.com/.../real-time-marketing-install). This is done by default now but older installations may not have it deployed.
