I am attempting to get a user access to the Sales Team Member application (or the Sales Hub) application and am hitting a wall.
According to the AppAccessChecker, the user is licensed, the app should be visible, and they have security access. When they go to the Apps screen, it says “We can’t find any apps for your role”.
I’ve reset the licenses and the security roles the user has access to several times and am unsure what to do next.
