We can’t find any apps for your role. To check for recently-added apps, select Refresh.

Hello,

Our sandbox isn't showing any apps in 'My Apps' for the users to select all of a sudden.

It was working fine until yesterday. Can anybody point what could be the reason? Admins can access 'My Apps' page without any issue.

I did check user's role to see if he has access to the app from 'Manage Roles' button. Everything looks good here.

I also checked the security role of the user to see if it has 'Read' privileges to 'Model Driven Apps'. Looks good here as well.

Not sure what else is going on! Is it because of deprecating classic app because that is where the 'My Apps' page resides in.

Any suggestion to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, not sure if is the case here, but are the affected users using Team Member licenses assigned? If it is the case I would suggest to take a look in the followed docs:

Dynamics 365 CRM Team Member license enforcement | Quick reference

    ( community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-365-crm-team-member-license-enforcement-quick-reference)

    docs.microsoft.com/.../team-members-license

If it is the case, the user would need to be assigned a security role related to Team Members

Yes, your guess is right. It is team members license. So, you mean to say a security role related to team member would work with existing team members license? I am gonna read the documentation you posted but wanted to confirm that. Thank you so much.

Hi, one of the troubleshooting options is to use the Application access checker to verify which applications should be visible to the User.

Just add your organization name into the URL below, and after its opening, enter the username and click SEARCH.

A user with a Team members license only has access to the Team members app, no matter what security role. You need to change the license for the user to enterprise or customize the Team members app.
