I do not load the model drive app applications in power apps, when I create another one I get errors that are not with error code, is there any way to fix it or is it a problem of the environment?

Have you tested again? the error message is related to SQL Server connectivity. If you click on "mostrar detalles técnicos" you might get an additional description or ID.
