Kanban Board in Wave 1

HI all

I have implemented the Kanban board feature and I know it is preview etc but is it right that you can only use & update the process flow that is the default one?

I have a customer who is using a split process and has left the original (good practice) and created their own. This process is not appearing as the kanban columns but if they change the original process, which is deactivated, it updates the kanban view.

Anyone else seen this?

    Hi Carl,

    Yes, Kanban View is currently only applicable to Opportunity's default BPF (Opportunity Sales Process).

    This is a new feature just released, naturally it has many limitations and deficiencies.

    Is it possible to customize the custom control on Code-Level? So do we get the code from smoewhere?

    And for us it only seems to work for Opportunities and Activities? So we cannot use it for any other entity?

    If that is the case, it is honestly ridiculous.

    There are other paid Kanban solutions which seem to be better, but one would think that Microsoft would be able to develop a generic custom control..
