Requiring the automatic recall of a workflow when a purchase order (PO) is rejected is achievable. Here are some suggestions:
Use workflow conditions: In Dynamics 365 F&O, you can use workflow conditions to check if the approval status of the purchase order is "rejected". If this condition is met, you can configure the workflow to perform the recall action.
Set up custom triggers: You can also set up custom triggers to initiate the recall of the workflow when a purchase order is rejected. By writing appropriate code and logic, you can capture the rejection event and trigger the corresponding recall action.
