We are getting the following error when doing a Journal Entry Inquiry and trying to view the Source Document for PMTRX transactions
handled script exception: SCRIPTS - data area EXCEPTION CLASS SCRIPT OUT_OF_RANGE SCRIPT "CMD INDEX"
We have to click the exception box multiple times until it finally clears and loads the Purchasing Zoom window. I have tried running check links and that has not cleared the issue, how can I get this error to clear? We are on Dynamics GP 2018 R2

There is a script provided that would help you identify the faulty entries..
We are trying to view the PMTRX source documents, there are no modified windows or reports that I am aware of; this is a RDP instance and I can duplicate it on the server; I can recreate it at will, it only happens so far in the one company, and multiple users can recreate it. I am not comfortable doing the directory option since I am so new, however I did run a log but it doesn't have much in it. The log is pasted below as I dont seem to be able to do an attachment.

This type of error, we actually see for several different issues, so it's more generic than anything specific.
For starters, we'd need to verify things like:
--If the issue is when attempting to view source document for PMTRX transactions, are there any modified windows or reports in play?
--If Dynamics GP is installed on multiple machines, do we see this same type of issue on all GP instances?
--Can this issue be re-created at will? If so, does it occur for all users in the company database(s)?
Another thing I'd usually recommend is, on one of the machines that has Dynamics GP installed, have all users log out, then rename the GP directory itself, then run a Repair against that instance of Dynamics GP, which will re-create the entire GP directory, including folders and files, under the original GP directory name. Launch Dynamics GP from this 'new' directory, and see if this error message still occurs?
--if it does not, then we would add back any third party products or customizations, one-by-one, testing after each one, to see if the issue returns or not.
You also can try capturing a dexsql.log of this error, to see what that shows us. As soon as the error shows, don't click anything further in Dynamics GP, but grab a copy of the dexsql.log at that point, to see what the last scripts in the log are..........which should be what is causing the error to show.
I'd start with the above and see what that shows you.....
