Zetadocs drag & drop not working when dragging emails from Outlook 2013

Hi -

We are having issues where certain users are not able to drag and drop emails from Outlook into Zetadocs in NAV 2013R2. There is no error message, just a circle with a slash through it when trying to drag the email. Some users do not have this problem but all settings and installs look the same. We are Outlook 2013 32-bit, with Zetadocs version 6.0.320.103. Any ideas?

Did you find a solution to this problem? I have the same thing except we are running Outlook 2010. Other users are fine on the same version but this user cannot drag emails from outlook.
