Hi -
We are having issues where certain users are not able to drag and drop emails from Outlook into Zetadocs in NAV 2013R2. There is no error message, just a circle with a slash through it when trying to drag the email. Some users do not have this problem but all settings and installs look the same. We are Outlook 2013 32-bit, with Zetadocs version 6.0.320.103. Any ideas?
