Xrm.WebApi.retrieveMultipleRecords returns duplicate record on Field Service mobile Offline mode

Hi,

Our client has recently started using Field Service mobile app.

We have a script which onload of Jobsheet timing records fetch booking details from custom entity.

This Xrm.WebApi.retrieveMultipleRecords API returns correct number of record when in online mode of Field service mobile app, But when switched to offline mode the same Xrm.WebApi.retrieveMultipleRecords request returns duplicate records.

Please help me with correct value to fetch data when access Field Service mobile in offline.

Hi,

You can use the /Xrm.WebApi.offline/ create and manage records in model-driven apps in mobile clients while working in the offline mode.
