I have a requirement wherein i need to do below .
A patient enters into the hospital and comes to the reception.
Receptionists ask the user to give details and check the appropriate doctor and make an appointment with the patient.
How can i achieve this functionality using crm.

For this requirement. we have perfect a solution. You can achieve this functionality by AppJetty's Calendar 365. Using Calendar 365, you can check which doctor is available at which time and also you can book(create) an appointment using Calendar 365. If you want to update an appointment by drag and drop in calendar. Receptionists can manage(add, edit, delete, assign appointment to the doctor) all the appointment of patients. Also doctor can view their appointment in the calendar.

After choosing facilities also still my requirement is not fulfilled, I still need to add resources to the service since there needs to be a resource who should actually work on this diagnosis process with patient.
but I can only see the lookup for user or team etc. but it should be employee who can be used as resource to avoid licensing.
You can create doctors as ‘Facility’ in the system. That is visible on service calendar as well.

Thanks for your help and support, but i think service scheduling can be utilized with existing user in the CRM as resources.
what i am thinking can't we choose normal contacts as resources in the CRM for service scheduling to avoid the licenses and all that stuff.
