Customer Insights: restricting multiple people within a company

Is there a way to prevent multiple people from the same company from receiving the same email campaign in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Jouneys

We have multiple contacts from the same company within a segment, but we want to ensure that we can limit the leads per company that receives our email campaign. Is there a setting or workaround in Dynamics 365 to restrict emails to limit the number of recipients per company?

    In Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, there isn't a direct out-of-the-box feature to restrict the number of email recipients per company within a segment. However, there are a few workarounds you can consider:
    • Segment Customization: You can create a custom segment that filters contacts based on their company and limits the number of recipients per company. This might require some manual effort or automation using tools like Power Automate to ensure only a specific number of contacts per company are included.
    • Custom Workflow with Power Automate: Use Power Automate to create a workflow that identifies and limits the number of contacts from the same company in your email campaign. For example, you could set up a flow to check the company field and only include a predefined number of contacts per company in the campaign.
    • Custom Code or Plugins: If your organization has development resources, you could implement custom logic to enforce this restriction. This might involve writing a plugin or custom script to manage the inclusion of contacts in the campaign.
