Hi Everyone
I know in Attract you have the ability to search Talent Pools for Candidates. Is it possible to search for specific skills or resume information? I see that this is a new feature, has it been released yet? I've gone through the article below and it says it's possible. When we try to test the process it shows the list of candidates, but nit much else. How do we search the applicant list for specific skills, education, certifications, etc?

Hi Courtney,
As mentioned on the link, Talent pool lets you search entire candidate data base, provided you search with a keyword on the main Talent pool page and not in one of the Talent pools you have created. In second case your search will be restricted to the candidates in that specific pool.
Now when you enter a keyword, system returns with results as shown below and you have filters to choose from-
The search results now show highlights for the various attributes that matched your search query. When you select one of the filters on the left then the search will be narrowed down to keyword HR mentioned on Skills.
