Purchase order status updating/changing status to draft automatically

Hi All,

We are experiencing a wierd behaviour of the system in the production environment, we have observed that Purchase order status updating/changing status to draft automatically.

In UAT environment, we are not facing this issue, i has not changed anything and working as expected.

Also we are unable to trace anything in purchase order versions history.

    Hi Azhar36,

    Can you try restoring the Prod data to UAT ? This helps you to replicate the issue in UAT if it is due to some set up .

    I hope Prod has the same code package as UAT.

    we are receiving same issue. Is there any solution? Why  system is changing status to Draft?

    It is not related to purchasing policies. But some of PO which are confirmed automatically changed to Draft Status.

    Can you elaborate more with with D365FO product version (e.g.  10.0.24 (10.0.1084.94)) ?

    Do you use any integration or customization for this?
