Tengo el siguiente error al crear un empleado:
No se puede crear un registro en Restricción de id. de empleo (HCMEmploymentIDConstraint). El registro ya existe
Les agradezco la ayuda si alguien tuvo un error igual o similar

Are you using manual or continuous number sequence? Can you please share some steps at what time you are getting this error?

The error "Cannot create a record in Employment Id constraint (HcmEmploymentIdConstraint). The record already exists" which you are facing is related to incorrect "Next" number of Employment reference. Kindly check "Employment" number sequence under Human Resource shared parameters and correct the next number to an appropriate number and your problem would be fixed, i hope. Please check out
