No se puede crear un registro en Restricción de id. de empleo (HCMEmploymentIDConstraint). El registro ya existe

The error "Cannot create a record in Employment Id constraint (HcmEmploymentIdConstraint). The record already exists" which you are facing is related to incorrect "Next" number of Employment reference. Kindly check "Employment" number sequence under Human Resource shared parameters and correct the next number to an appropriate number and your problem would be fixed, i hope. Please check out
