In relation to the performance management whether it is appraisals, 121s, development plans etc is it possible to print them off ready for face to face discussion? The reason is that some of the managers when having the face to face discussion will not have a computer to review/update the appraisal during the discussion so I wondered if they could print off the completed version before sign off, use it for discussion purposes then both parties sign off afterwards?

Currently in the system we are not able to print performance reviews.
