How To Download a Customer's Business central on prem License File from PartnerSource Business Center

Hello,

My company has taken a customer from closed Microsoft partner, and we are not able to find the license in Azure.

I see the customer in & related information in partner souce "businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com" but I can't find how to download the license file/ Key to check the purchased object (table, page..).

Product line "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business central on premises Subscription"

    For this issue you should contact Microsoft. From within MBS Partner center you can open a operational service request to the license team.,

    It may be that they need to extend the permission you have in the Partner center. I had the same issue a couple of days ago and they solved it for me within hours.

    Hi,

    Go to partner portal and Select the Customer form the list and there is option for generating License file with versions. If License is not shown, Pls contact Microsoft.
