and I get the following error message within Edge/Chrome/Firefox

and within IE nothing happens at all.
Any idea for getting the files downloaded is appreciated

Sometimes it helps when you open the browser in InPrivate mode. Have you already tried that?

thank you for testing and prooving that the site is working - I will check with Microsoft what could be wrong with my account and hopefully we will find some cause. Of course I will update this thread if a good answer comes up.

If I am logged into customer source and open the link that you provided, I can download the different packages.
Is there something wrong with your login?
Do you have a colleague who can log into customer source and download the packages for you?
