Downloading demo solution not possible

When trying to download the VM-setup-files from

https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/Global/AX/downloads/service-packs/AX2012DemoToolsMaterials#cu9

and I get the following error message within Edge/Chrome/Firefox 

 Um dieses Problem so schnell wie möglich zu lösen, wenden Sie sich an den Support und nennen die folgende Referenznummer für den Fehler: b93f0eaa-bb5a-43d6-967d-e6af29148d6c.

 (translates to: In order to solve this problem please forward the following error reference no. to support: b93f0eaa-bb5a-43d6-967d-e6af29148d6c)

 and within IE nothing happens at all.

Any idea for getting the files downloaded is appreciated

    Hello Wolfram,

    If I am logged into customer source and open the link that you provided, I can download the different packages.

    Is there something wrong with your login?

    Do you have a colleague who can log into customer source and download the packages for you?

    Hello Ludwig,

    thank you for testing and prooving that the site is working - I will check with Microsoft what could be wrong with my account and hopefully we will find some cause. Of course I will update this thread if a good answer comes up.

    Hi Wolfram,

    Sometimes it helps when you open the browser in InPrivate mode. Have you already tried that?
