I have created a dashboard in CRM that displays a PowerBI dashboard. The dashboard is a map visualization, and when you click on a location on the map, a report to the right filters to show details associated with that location. This interaction works fine within the PowerIB service, but does not work properly in CRM. In CRM, the alignment is off such that when I click on a dot/location on the map, it either doesn't recognize that I have clicked on a data point or it will highlight and show details for a different location.
Has anybody had this issue before? If so, how did you resolve it?
Could you try raising a Microsoft Support ticket for a faster resolution.
