$0.00 Price in 18.3

Hi:

We just upgraded from GP 2013 to 18.3.1245, in a test environment.

Most of the pricing is defaulting in correctly into Sales Transaction Entry for sales orders, if there is a matching price for item and customer.  That's great!

But, for those line items who do not have Price Levels for customers, we can no longer pull in the price and Price Level from Item Price List Inquiry.  So, the price for that line item remains at $0.00 in Sales Transaction Entry for that line item.

Why is that, and is there a fix?

Thanks!

John

    Hi John,

You can use the Price List Utilities wizard to add a price list to several or update the price list on items, you can find the Price List Utilities Wizard here (Inventory >> Utilities >> Price List Utilities).

    Thanks,
