Question on Horizon Manufacturing Suite

Customer is on GP2013 and uses HMS, I reached out to a company called CALZONE but they said the client has never been a customer of theirs - any idea who makes HMS? The issue is when they try to print from the HMS Product Report Screen, it now takes a long time - I am pretty sure that this may be related to the fact they went to Windows 11 using GP2013 but they do not have issues printing anything else in GP, just HMS.
