Request Page - Apply filter to field

Is there a way to apply filters on the request page? I have a Report where the end user can apply some custom filters. One of the filters is to select a specific dimension code. However, we repeat the same code but the Dimension Code is different. What I need to accomplish is hide all the codes related to certain Dimension Code.

As you can see, in the picture above, what I need is to only show the values related to Dimension Code = 'OBRA' 

Any pointers or suggestions are truly appreciated.

    When you add the field on the request page, click properties and set the table relation

    you cannot select it you have to type it for your example

    Dimension.Code WHERE (Code=CONST(OBRA))
