Not authorized to access table ‘Company range’

Hello all!

I have 5 companies in my database, a user always runs the fixed assets movement report in 2 of the companies, but she wants to run on another company and she's getting this error message "

You are not authorized to access table ‘Company range’ (TmpSysQueryCompanyRange). Contact your system administrator." Please what can I do to resolve this, thanks! I have granted her access to all the companies.

Hi Dammy,

Try to add the duty SysServerAXBasicMaintain under user's role and then give it a try.

Hi DammyT,

Can you verify if the user has the role System user assigned? Also check if this all applicable organizations are assigned on this role.
