Hi Folks,
Our team are customizing field service for our service department we have many orders/day and currently training agent on how to use Dynamics365. On SAP we have periodically report about orders that did not generate with error messages show up, we do have guideline on how to deal with those error message on SAP, but now in Dynamics365 does not have such report anymore so agent do not know what to do if they get different kind of error message regarding to orders they placed.
Any idea on how to collect these error message together and analysis the reason or any other method/tool/resources ? Currently I am thinking about collect all error messages we got during testing but sounds inefficiency.
