Via our online login to office 365 I have four App tabs available to select on the Home APPS view all Available APP Add Ins...

Business Apps
All Apps
Tips and Tricks.
We have set up a new user and have mimicked their set up so that they have access to all the same tools that the organisation has.
However they have only three App Tabs available under ALL APPS and are missing the Business App Tab which is the key Tab I need so that I can pin to their Launch Bar the Customer Service CRM app. (Dynamics)
Is anyone able to advise why the Business App is not available to be seen on their set up.

Sign in make.preview.powerapps.com/RefreshApps and sync business app. It would take about half an hour to work.
