'Remove' button suddenly disappeared from ribbon on Queue entity

Hi y'all,

It was reported to me by our users that the 'remove' button is no longer an option on the ribbon located on the Queue entity. I'm puzzled because we made no choice to remove/hide it.

Submitted the question without actually asking the question. How do we display the 'remove' button as an option on the ribbon on the queue entity? Any idea why it might've disappeared in the first place?

Verify if the security role/privileges are intact, any Ribbon customizations were done mistakenly by other team members, etc. You can check in Ribbon workbench, if command is intact in ribbon button.

Any unsupported script in place? You can verify in different environments, you can export & import to solve.
