Compensation level not showing up before 2021

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to enter past Compensation for each employee for reporting purposes. However the Compensation level does not show up if I select any date before February 2021 (I'm able to see the levels if I select a date after February).

I have verified the Compensation plan start date and it is set to 2000.

And the levels are set correctly as well

We did start using the system from February and imported all the employees and set the compensation after that. Is there any other date parameter that I need to verify?

    Hi PrashantV,

    Please refer to the steps in MS document,suggest that you work with the developer to make sure the imported datas are correct if the issue persists:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../hr-compensation-fixed-plans
