Hi

I have a technical question regarding the Customer Service and the Microsoft cloud.
When articles / Knowledgebase are created, where does the data reside? On a DB at Microsoft? Or can an external DB also be connected?

thanks!

RE: Knowledge base articles stored in database

    Hi,

Knowledge article is an entity in dynamics CRM. If we are creating a Knowledge article record in the Dynamics CRM it will be stored in the dynamics CRM DB which is hosted in the Azure.

    Hope this Helps!
