How can I check the status of a posted sales invoice on Business Central?

    Hi, you can open the Posted Sales Invoices list, Select the desired invoice to view its details. On the invoice details page, you can find information about the invoice, including its status.

    Open the customer ledger entries you can find the invoice and if there is a payment for that also be tagged in applied to entries

    Hi,
     
    If you are concerned about the amount for the invoice, then check associated Customer Ledger Entries or Vendor Ledger entries and Check the Remaining amount in associated Ledger Entries.

    Can you expand on what you're looking for specifically? Is it if the invoice is paid/unpaid? You can do this in either the posted sales invoices page (closed/cancelled/corrected fields) or in the customer ledger entries page (open field).
