Hi Fouad,

Can you elaborate? What were you doing when this error occurred? Can you provide the steps how to reproduce this? It looks like you are editing a business document in ER? Before taking screenshots, you can temporary change the session language to make the application readable in English.

Hi Fouad,

Do you have the very latest ER report version downloaded from LCS?

Downloading the latest version usually overcomes such issues.

If not then try to unbind the linkage between the logo picture and the ER, which can be done by opening the show structure button.

Hi ,

Create your own configuration(derived from the original one ) for the report you are trying to modify and then modify the template for that report . You can download the template , make changes and then upload it back. I found working with inbuilt designer is little difficult.

Can you check what is set up in ISO/Country region tab on the report configuration you created ? Check below image. If its set blank the version of a format configuration, a format component can be accessed from any company at run time. When this setting contains ISO country/region codes, a format component is available only from companies that have a primary address that is defined for one of a format component's ISO country/region codes.
