How to access Dataverse API in an SPA without an Azure AD app?

Hi,
    I have worked on an SPA for accessing Dataverse data using vanilla js. But I need an app to be registered in Azure AD. Is there any way we can authenticate to the Dataverse API without an Azure AD app.
 
    If you have any workarounds or references, please help me out on this.
 
   Any help on this would be much appreciated.
