Working on Portals

Hello. Maybe you know, I created a Portal on my Environment in MD 365. I want to turn it in "Support Service" Portal. So I need to edit these points in Portal:

  • Only my Contacts in MD 365 have a opportunity log in to a system (not random users)
  • These customers can submit tickets, view feedback from me and see a story of our communications
  • Integrate this system with MD 365 Customer Service and its functions

Can you help me with this? How to do it? Where can I start from?

    Hi Andrey,
    You can use contacts as the login users to allow access to the configured portal and create the Web Page Access Control Rule for Authenticated Users for pages that should be visible to log in users only.

    Hi,

    You can configure/customize these requirements easily in your portal like only displaying content of your portal to authenticated users (you can redirect user to login page soon as they will landed on the homepage)
