Updating a Rec from Page selection

I am trying to update the Transfer Header based on selected Customer address from table (222). I added my function in table transfer header and I call it in the OnValidt trigger in field "Rent to no.". This should work!  

Still after the new page is open & i select my rec my header wont be updated! Did I do something wrong here?
