Method IsMember is called on the AD Object/Node Undefined, parameter passed is Undefined.

Dear team,
 
I have an issue on CRM production. it mostly happen 3 times per month. and It will work back after we restart server(Application and Database are same server).
 
What is the root cause? Do you have any permanent resolution ?
