How to implement CTI(Computer Telephony Integration ) for Microsoft  Dynamics CRM 365, we are also looking for screen pop up of contacts record based on the phone number dialed and also click to dial option. How can we achieve this with cost effective or any kind free simple tools to arrange demo to the client.
