Why are there so few templates in Realtime?

We're currently transitioning from Outbound to Realtime and are shocked by the lack of templates available in Realtime. 

In Outbound we regularly used:
  • journey templates
  • form templates, 
  • email templates,
  • page templates,
  • segment templates and
  • form fields.
Now in RTM, there's ONLY EMAIL TEMPLATES!!! And task templates, but who actually uses those....

Why are we unable to create our own form templates? or journey templates? Why would such a basic, standard functionality be removed? Or can they be added in to RTM and we haven't found out how/where yet?

I understand pages are now gone in RTM, but that also makes zero sense, why can't we edit the appearance of a standalone page and save that page layout for future forms?

Why no form fields??
 
RTM is such a massive disappointment, so much worse than Outbound, and we've held off from transitioning for as long as possible and still the updates are totally insufficient. :/
