Invalid Enumeration Value

I am trying to use the Excel Add In to update Height, Width and Depth on records in the InventTable using Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack.  These are already existing item numbers.  I am trying to add in the height, width, depth values.

I have connected to the server, added the InventTable, selected Item Number, Product.ProductNumber and just the Height field for testing.  I filtered on one item number, selected Refresh all and the values below populated.

Item Number Product.ProductNumber Height
439P04702000000 439P04702000000 20

The problem I don't understand is when I try to change the height value from 20 to 30 and select Publish All I get a pop up that says Inavlid Enumeration Error.

Anyone know why this error is happening and how I can correct it?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Your image is not getting display. I will suggest please use DIXF "Item" entity for same. It will be very easy and accurate for your scenario.

Thanks Bhaskar I just updated my post to remove images.  I was looking at DIXF this morning as another option but wasn't sure that was for editing data on already existing records or just for new record imports.  I will give that a try instead.  Thank you!

you can  update records through item entity. Make sure you should provide correct itemid and display product number.

    hi Lynn

Not sure if this adds any insight: I had the same issue on CustTable (customer master). I imported the master set of info using DIEF/DIXF, where I found that the CustTable.InvoiceAddress field was blank in the DIEF/DIXF import, where it should have had a value in the import.

I used Excel add-in to populate that field, and then the error was gone..

It might have had something to do with the information on your item master (missing information)
