We have a little issue with the Outlook Integration. The tracking does work. Meanwhile we noted, that the sender of the email is also listed to the email into the filed «To/An». What problem causes this problem?
Here is an exmaple:
In the recipients you can also see the sender.

Hope you are well.
Eventually this email address is duplicate across another records in Dynamics 365.
You can check it out through a quick test: create a new email message and put the email address on lookup, so it will resolve for any record in CRM with that address.
The best practice would be avoid same email address across different records in Dynamics.
