Problem in accessing as an End User to UAT instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations

I have tried all the ways as mentioned in the dynamic ax help but couldn't able to get logged in as i get a 500 error referring to contact my system admin as the server has encountered an error.

Make sure that the tenant account who have provisioned that environment signs off, and becomes the System administrator. Once that step is done, other users could access the environment as well. You may find additional details in the below articles:
