How to block personalization possibility for a group

Hello,

Due to the compliance procedures I need to create a personalization for a given page, publish it to a given group of users (this can be done by a role, so it's fine) and block possibility of personalize the page for those users.

Is there a possibility to Personalisation access management for users having given role, as a group, not one by one? In other words, I would like to publish personalization of a table with limited data and not allow users to filter the columns/add new etc.

Hi Lidias,

Which specific product are you using?

If Dynamics 365 F&O, system can not stop specfic user/group from accessing the personalization, it only works for all users.

Dear Mattguo,

I work on Dynamics F&O and there is possibility to limit the possibility of personalization for a specific user, for a given page (view). System administration->Setup->Personalization->User settings.

I'm looking for similar solution but for role. Or by entity. Or any other solution I can use for mass change.

I also have a similar requirement - and it doesn't seem like there is a data entity for it either.
