If Field Staff is running late for the next appointment,System to automatically assigned an available field staff to attend to the appointment. How can we achieve this. Please suggest?
One challenge is to find out which booking is affected. Especially with a big number of bookings, workflows that check for delays will add significant overhead. Is the technician able to update the booking to say for example "Job will take 30' longer"?
