We re using D365 fro Marketing with 2019 Wave 2 Updates installed.
Yesterday we had 32 marketing contacts used (both shown as 32 on the Home screen and Settings-> Marketing Quotas). Today we have 30. Can you think of a reason why and how it has come down?
My understanding was that it could only go up for the year the contract is for. We have some de-duplication rules and jobs set up, but I didn't think that would affect it.
