Hi guys,
We re using D365 fro Marketing with 2019 Wave 2 Updates installed.
Yesterday we had 32 marketing contacts used (both shown as 32 on the Home screen and Settings-> Marketing Quotas). Today we have 30. Can you think of a reason why and how it has come down?
My understanding was that it could only go up for the year the contract is for. We have some de-duplication rules and jobs set up, but I didn't think that would affect it.

Hi Dilyana,
I spoke to our Quota PM owner and it seems that the deduplication where contacts were deleted could be the cause of the quota reduction. If you have further issues that don't follow any de-duplication, then by all means please open a support request and have us look into it.

That does sound odd, I'm not aware of anything that should bring it down either. I'll check with the team and see if someone has any ideas as to why.
