Given that there's no direct relationship between a consent record and Contact, how are other folks exposing Contact consent preferences to end users?

    Hi Partner,
Customer consent is stored per email address or phone number, as opposed to being stored per contact record.
Each contact’s consent preferences are stored in what’s called a “Compliance profile,” which allows you to split up consent preferences across different lines of business or brands you offer...

    Hi,

For real-time marketing, consent is stored at the contact point level.
Therefore, it is not possible to view the relevant consent records in the contact record for the time being.

However, in the 2023 Wave 2 release plan, Microsoft announced the availability of the Easy Management of Customer Consent via Contacts and Leads form in March 2024 feature.

This feature allows to get a summary view of the consent provided by each contact or lead to understand if the customer is contactable at a glance.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li

Ok, good to know this is coming... although it looks like the only date that has been announced is for Public Preview. I guess we will see how that goes and hope there's a GA release scheduled.
