I have searched about ledger dimension but couldn't find any satisfactory answer. Can anyone explain me these two following questions?

What does ledger dimensions means?

And how can I display the ledger dimension in numbers and words to the side of each amount?

Did you read the white paper Implementing the Account and Financial Dimensions Framework for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Applications? It should answer your questions.

In AX2012 this isn't something that can be answered in one single sentence or even paragraph. It is a generic framework behind Ledger Dimensions and a dimension can be a fixed set of values or dynamically populated based on other data entities (like Project, Customer, Item, etc). I like to think of it as a way to tag transactions enabling better and richer reporting.

    You could start here:

In simple terms a dimension is used to analyse or breakdown the value being charged to a main account.  for example when posting an expense to a GL account we might want to know to which department to this expense belong.  Therefore we would define "Department" as a financial dimension and assign the value to that department.  In accounting systems that do not use financial dimensions, we would typically have a segment in the account code that represent the department and this approach would lead to extremely long chart of accounts depending on the level of analysis that is required in management reporting.

In AX, the dimensions provide a layer of analysis that is independent from the main account.  Therefore, from the above example, we can analyse the expense by department (expense view) and we can have a listing of expenses posted to a particular department (department view).  The association of dimensions and main accounts can be done be using "Financial dimension sets" for easily querying account balances by combinations of dimension.  You can also use other reporting tools (Cubes / MR / etc) to help in analyzing the figures.

The form that you have included above is an out-of-box form.  If you want the dimension values and description included on this same form you will have to ask your programmers to modify the form accordingly.
