Building case management solution - Licensing Professional vs Enterprise

Greetings! Hope everyone is satying safe and doing ok.

My question is below for the use case of case management

Use case- We have multiple functional areas or service streams and each service stream will be managing different case types under thier own functional area. Each stream will have a different workflow and fields in the entities. A maximum of 72 users can be considered split under say 9 service streams. We do want to use the customer service hub out of the box with just enough adjustments for the service stream but may expand its capabilities in future. For example a power app to submit a case or view case status/metrics quickly.

If this is our first D265 app - what licensing model will work better? Professional or Enterprise. We are interested in Forms pro and power apps too and wonder what the add on cost will be in this case?

    Hi partner,

According to your description, I suppose that you want to use Power Automate(Microsoft Flow) to handle automatic workflows, and want power apps and Forms pro as well.

So I recommend you to get Enterprise for better experience.

As we can see in the compare, Enterprise is more suitable.
