How can I see the posted time of GL entries. I checked the whole GL table and found TIME1 column which aslo not showing the correct time.
Any help would be appreciated.

We do not track this by default in Microsoft Dynamics GP, only the date. The TIME1 field is used for Multicurrency rates. The DEX_ROW_TS field would give you the time that the record was posted to the open year. However, when you close the year and the transaction moves to the GL30000 table, that DEX_ROW_TS would now be updated again at the time of closing the year.
You could look into enabling something like Activity Tracking on General Ledger Posting to get more advanced user, time, and date stamps for Posting.
